HubSpot
Adoption is the product: best-in-class usability, fast time-to-value, a genuinely unified Smart CRM spanning marketing, sales, and service, Breeze AI agents grounded in that single data model, and lower administration overhead than the enterprise suites — dominant in SMB and strong up-market into the mid-market. Deepest enterprise customization and complex-process needs still favor Salesforce or Dynamics. Marketing Hub costs escalate with contact volume, and the shift to outcome-based agent pricing — per resolved conversation, per qualified lead — helps adoption but adds a usage line to model alongside seats.
Zoho CRM
Exceptional breadth for the price, and the pricing model is the point: the Zoho One suite spans dozens of apps, the Zia AI assistant is bundled into mainstream tiers rather than sold purely as an add-on, and CRM for Everyone brings non-sales teams into the same system, with regional data centers and proprietary models giving meaningful data-residency and privacy control. Enterprise brand recognition and the large-SI bench are thinner, support experience varies, the sheer breadth means some apps are merely good rather than best-in-class, and the advanced capabilities sit in higher tiers.
