Editorial Standards
CIOPages maintains strict editorial independence. We do not publish sponsored articles, sell links in our editorial copy, or let anyone pay their way into — or up — a Buyer Guide’s vendor analysis. All content is reviewed by practicing technology leaders before publication, and articles are updated when the underlying technology landscape changes materially.
Our glossary definitions, buyer guide criteria, and framework content are developed independently of any vendor relationship. Where vendor products are referenced, they are included on the basis of market relevance — not commercial arrangement.
We do two commercial things involving vendors, and we state both plainly: vendors may claim and correct their own Directory listing (free), and they may buy a clearly disclosed Spotlight placement beside a Buyer Guide — separated from the analysis, labeled as paid, and with no effect on how we cover them.
