1. Our Commitment to Copyright Compliance
CIOPages takes copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond expeditiously to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. Upon receipt of a proper DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take other appropriate action as required by law.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, and you believe that material on CIOPages infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include all of the following elements:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list is acceptable.
- Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material you claim is infringing and that you request be removed or disabled, with sufficient information to permit us to locate it on the Website (e.g., the specific URL).
- Your contact information: Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Important: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted on CIOPages was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, CIOPages has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at CIOPages's sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. CIOPages may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the Website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
