These Digital Products Terms of Sale ("Product Terms") govern all purchases made through the CIOPages Store. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Product Terms in full. These Product Terms supplement and are incorporated into the CIOPages Terms of Service.
1. All Sales Are Final — No Returns, Refunds, or Replacements
Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and a download link has been issued, we cannot offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacements under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or accidental purchase.
- Incompatibility with your software or systems.
- Failure to download within the validity window.
- Dissatisfaction with the content after purchase.

2. Download Links: Validity and Limits
Upon successful payment processing, you will receive a secure, time-limited download link delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
2.1 Link Validity Period
Download links are valid for exactly seven (7) calendar days from the date and time of purchase. After this period, the link will expire and the file will no longer be accessible via that link. Expired links cannot be reactivated.
2.2 Download Limit
Each purchase entitles the buyer to a maximum of three (3) downloads of the purchased file. Once the download limit has been reached, the link will be deactivated regardless of the remaining validity period.
2.3 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for downloading your purchased files within the validity window and within the permitted number of downloads. We strongly recommend downloading your files immediately upon receipt of the download link and backing them up to a secure, personal storage location. CIOPages is not responsible for files that were not downloaded before link expiration.
2.4 Technical Support for Download Issues
If you experience a verified technical failure (e.g., a server-side error preventing download) within the validity period, please contact us immediately via our Contact Form with your order number. We will review the issue at our sole discretion. Technical failures caused by the buyer's device, browser, or internet connection do not qualify for link reissuance.
3. Licensing Tiers and Usage Rights
When you purchase a digital product from CIOPages, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. You are not purchasing the underlying intellectual property. The scope of your license depends on the tier selected at checkout:
3.1 Individual License
An Individual License grants a single named user the right to use the purchased product for their own personal professional work. Under this license:
- The product may be used by one person only.
- The product may not be shared with colleagues, distributed on internal networks, posted on intranets, or otherwise made accessible to other individuals within or outside the purchasing organization.
- The product may be used in the individual's own deliverables and presentations, provided that the CIOPages source is acknowledged where appropriate.
3.2 Enterprise License
An Enterprise License grants the purchasing organization the right to distribute and use the product internally among its employees. Under this license:
- The product may be placed on internal intranets, shared drives, or internal knowledge management systems.
- The product may be used by any employee of the purchasing organization for internal business purposes.
- The product may not be shared with, distributed to, or made accessible by any party outside the purchasing organization, including clients, partners, or vendors.
- The product may not be sub-licensed or resold.
3.3 Consultancy License
A Consultancy License is designed for consulting firms, advisory practices, and professional services organizations. Under this license:
- The product may be used in client-facing engagements, deliverables, presentations, and advisory work.
- The product may be adapted and incorporated into client deliverables, provided that the core intellectual property framework is attributed to CIOPages where it is recognizable.
- The product may not be resold as a standalone product or repackaged as the consulting firm's own original intellectual property.
- The Consultancy License covers the purchasing firm's internal team; it does not extend to sub-contractors or third-party partners without a separate license.
4. Prohibited Actions
Regardless of the license tier purchased, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Public Posting or Distribution: You may not publicly post, host, publish, or distribute the digital products on the open internet, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, file-sharing services, or public repositories.
- Resale: You may not resell, sub-license, or commercially exploit the digital products as standalone assets, whether in original or modified form.
- Removal of Attribution: You may not remove copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution statements from the products.
- Misrepresentation of Authorship: You may not claim original authorship of the frameworks, templates, or methodologies contained in the products.
- Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary methodologies from the products for the purpose of creating competing products.
5. Intellectual Property
All digital products sold through the CIOPages Store remain the intellectual property of CIOPages. Purchase of a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer. CIOPages reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Product Terms.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider after receiving access to a digital product, CIOPages reserves the right to terminate your access to the product and any future purchases. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a dispute.
