Digital Transformation Readiness Score
Benchmark your organization across 7 critical dimensions of digital transformation. Answer 14 questions and receive an instant readiness score, radar chart, and prioritized action plan.
About This Assessment
Digital transformation is not just a technology initiative β it requires aligned leadership, a change-ready culture, modern platforms, quality data, skilled talent, optimized processes, and a compelling customer experience. This assessment evaluates all seven dimensions to give you a holistic readiness score.
How to use it: Answer two questions per dimension. Be honest β the value lies in identifying real gaps, not in achieving a high score. When complete, you will receive a radar chart, an overall readiness level, and a prioritized list of dimensions to address first.

How to Interpret Your Score
How the Digital Transformation Readiness Score works
You answer 14 questions, 2 in each of 7 dimensions: Leadership & Vision, Culture & Change Readiness, Technology Foundation, Data & Analytics, Talent & Capabilities, Process & Operations, and Customer & Experience.
Each question has 3 answers, scored 5, 3 and 1. The tool shows results only after all 14 questions are answered.
A dimension's score is its points as a percentage of the 10 points available. Your overall score is your total points as a percentage of the 70 points available. The lowest possible score is 20%.
Reading your results
The overall percentage sets your readiness level. 80% or above is Digital Leader. 60% to 79% is Digitally Capable. 40% to 59% is Digitally Developing. Below 40% is Digital Laggard.
The radar chart plots each dimension on a 0 to 100% scale. Dimension bars are green at 60% or above, amber from 40%, and red below 40%.
The Priority Action Plan ranks all 7 dimensions from lowest to highest score. The lowest is marked highest priority. The second is high priority. The third and fourth are medium priority for a 12-month roadmap. The remaining 3 are lower priority to maintain and monitor.
