What it is
Everything we sell is an annual subscription, billed through Stripe. Your portal is where you manage the listing, see your placements, and reach the billing page.
What it costs
Nothing beyond what you already pay. Prices are on the rate card.

What it does not buy
- A refund for a term already served. Canceling stops the renewal
How to do it
- 1Sign in to the portal
The email you claimed the listing with. If you have lost access, reset the password from the sign-in page.
- 2Open Manage subscription
Receipts, invoices, the card on file and cancellation all live there.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Checkout is by card and self-serve. If you are buying across several guides, or your procurement team needs an invoice, get in touch and we will arrange it.

Stripe emails a receipt on every charge, and your billing history is in the vendor portal under Manage subscription.
Vendor portalWe've lost access to the portal.
Use the password reset on the portal sign-in page. If the person who claimed the listing has left the company, write to us from an address on the company's domain and we will reassign it.
Vendor portalWhat's the refund position?
We do not charge until an editor approves the placement, so a placement we decline costs nothing. Once one is live we do not refund the annual fee part-way through the term. Cancel at any time to stop the renewal.
