What it is
Your Directory listing is the profile buyers see when they look up your category. We write it from public sources, so most companies we cover are listed already without having asked. It is free, and you can have anything wrong in it corrected at no charge, whether or not you are a customer.
What it costs
Free. Being listed and correcting a listing both cost nothing, for anyone.

How to do it
- 1Search the Directory first
Most companies we cover are already in it. If yours is one, claim that record rather than starting a second one. A duplicate is the commonest reason a submission stalls.
- 2Tell us what is wrong, or claim the listing
A correction needs the page, the error, and a source we can check. Claiming the listing so you can edit it yourself is the paid part.
- 3Confirm your email
A claim has to come from an address on the company's own domain. We send a link there. It stops anyone else editing your record.

How much does a Directory listing cost?
Being listed is free, and so is telling us about an error in any listing. Claiming a listing, so that you manage it yourself and appear on a Buyer Guide, is $399 a year.
For vendorsWe're already listed but we never submitted anything. Why?
We compile the Directory from public sources so buyers can compare a whole category, not only the vendors who signed up. Claim the listing if you want to correct it, or ask us to take it down. We will do either.
Claim your listingHow long does a new listing take to appear?
A few business days. An editor reads every submission, and for a company we do not already list we write the profile from your own pages before it publishes. Your card is held, not charged, until that is done.
List your companyHow do you verify that we work at the company?
By email on the company's own domain. We send a link there, and clicking it confirms you control the domain. It stops anyone else editing your record.
Can our agency claim the listing on our behalf?
The claim has to come from an address on the company's own domain, because that is what proves control. Once it is claimed, whoever manages the profile day to day can take over.
Do our edits publish immediately?
No. An editor reads them first. We do not refuse a factual correction. We do remove marketing language.
Does a listing or a placement include a link to our site?
Yes. Every profile carries a link to your website, claimed or not, and you do not have to buy anything for it. Links on paid placements are marked as advertising, which is what search engines require. What we do not sell is a link inside our own writing.

It is almost always one of three things: a duplicate of a listing we already have, a category that does not fit, or copy that sells rather than describes. Each takes a few minutes to fix, and you can resubmit as often as you need.
