Pipedrive
Reps keep it current, which is more than most CRMs can claim: a sales-first tool built around a visual, activity-based pipeline, with the fastest deployment and highest day-one adoption of any major option, and AI sales-assistant features available across plans rather than gated behind a tier. It is intentionally narrow — light on marketing, service, and deep enterprise customization — reporting and governance are basic next to the suites, and outgrowing it is common as needs broaden beyond the pipeline.
Zoho CRM
Exceptional breadth for the price, and the pricing model is the point: the Zoho One suite spans dozens of apps, the Zia AI assistant is bundled into mainstream tiers rather than sold purely as an add-on, and CRM for Everyone brings non-sales teams into the same system, with regional data centers and proprietary models giving meaningful data-residency and privacy control. Enterprise brand recognition and the large-SI bench are thinner, support experience varies, the sheer breadth means some apps are merely good rather than best-in-class, and the advanced capabilities sit in higher tiers.
