About AWS CloudFormation

AWS CloudFormation is a service that provisions cloud infrastructure using code. It models, provisions, and manages a collection of related AWS and third-party resources. It allows management of resources across all AWS accounts and regions through a single operation. It can extend infrastructure using resources published in the AWS CloudFormation Registry, the developer community, or a user's own library. It automates resource management across an organization through AWS service integrations.

Running production stacks ranging from a single EC2 instance to a complex multi-region application.
