Terraform is an infrastructure as code tool that builds, changes, and versions infrastructure. It covers low-level components such as compute instances, storage, and networking. It also covers high-level components such as DNS entries and SaaS features. Infrastructure is described using a configuration language. HCP Terraform is offered as a way to automate infrastructure provisioning.
