About Traefik

Traefik is an open source reverse proxy and ingress controller that makes deploying services and APIs easy. It integrates with existing infrastructure components and configures itself automatically and dynamically. It is designed to operate simply while handling large, complex deployments across public, private, and hybrid clouds. It includes a set of middlewares that add load balancing, API gateway, and orchestrator ingress capabilities. It uses service discovery to dynamically configure routing instead of requiring manual configuration. It supports SSL termination and works with ACME providers such as Let's Encrypt for automatic certificate generation.
