Service Mesh Performance is a standard for capturing and characterizing infrastructure capacity, service mesh configuration, and workload metadata. It enables benchmarking of service mesh performance, provides a common measurement framework for exchanging performance information between systems and meshes, and supports performance comparisons of service mesh deployments.
