Longhorn provides cloud native distributed block storage for Kubernetes. It is described as easy to use, fully open source, and able to run anywhere. Longhorn delivers persistent block storage that is simplified, easy to deploy and upgrade. It includes built-in incremental snapshot and backup features to keep volume data safe in or out of the Kubernetes cluster. Longhorn is a CNCF Incubating Project.
